Email to the record label

This email had to be sent to the record label that produced the song we chose to use for our media. By sending this email it ensures we have covered ourselves against any breach of copyright as we have notified them of our task. This is a crucial piece of our planning as it allows us to continue with our planned production as we have proof we consulted the right people within the company.
